My right knee is being annoyingly painful; I've had a couple of falls (2021 & 2022) & I bumble along doing my physio exercises and soaking it
But right now it's horribly painful & the support I've been using has given up the ghost
So I need to buy a new one - how do I pick
Has anyone any recommendations?
I just want to keep it in the plane and stop twisting
