I have just dropped my hours quite drastically at work and taken some time off as I think I had burnout.
I am absolutely exhausted. I've been off for 2 weeks and have no plans to return for at least another 10 days.
I have caught up with some housework and life admin but I keep falling asleep. I can not keep my eyes open at times. I put my toddler down for a nap and end up napping with him. I am trying to listen to my body and rest lots. Take things slowly and eat well to nourish my body but this feeling will not shift.
It doesn't help that I am fat and need to lose about 4 stone.
I am going to bed at a decent time at night. I am not doing anything particularly arduous throughout the day but nothing is making me feel better.
Would you go to the Dr? I don't know if I am being over the top but I am not sure what more I can do from home.
