Help me with my blood work please :)

I went ahead and paid privately to have my blood work done to test my thyroid levels after a couple of months of horrid symptoms which correlate with hypothyroid.

Just to add as well I am 6 months postpartum.

I’m having trouble understanding my results if anyone can help me out as only one of the markers is out of range

Any comments would be appreciated.

I have a follow up booked with my doctor but it’s not for another 3 weeks.

Please help me with my blood results

You have Hashimoto’s. It’s an autoimmune thyroid problem where your body attacks your thyroid tissue.

Cutting out wheat, cereals and dairy helps a lot.

I keep my Hashimoto’s in remission by eating a carnivore diet. Otherwise the fatigue and hypothyroid symptoms come back even if the rest of my thyroid bloods look “normal”

@EspressoMacchiato thanks for your response. I was hoping it would be a postpartum thyroiditis that resolves on its own?

I don't think anyone on here can diagnose you.

I will say with my own thyroid the fact the TSH was high and my thyroxine was low was what told them I need thyroxine pills.

Both of yours are 'optimal'.

My thyroid symptoms were similar to my lack of vitamin D symptoms so mbe get a full set of bloods done.
