City Dermatology Clinic London

Does anyone have experience of City Dermatology Clinic in London? I have a cyst and I want it removed. I’ve asked my GP but she said they won’t do it as it would be classed as cosmetic (even though it annoys me to no end with my clothing rubbing on it).

It is reasonably priced and has good Google reviews but I’d like to hear of any experiences.

I'd try dr emma craythorne, she is on the bad skin clinic tv programme and has 2 london clinics

Thanks for both of your replies.

@Jens98 The fake reviews are very worrying. I have to admit, the receptionist seemed very eager to make me commit to booking to an appointment. It’s very strange. Their website looks professional too so just shows you have to be so careful. Where were you able to get the cyst removed, if you don’t mind sharing?

City Dermatology Clinic reviews are genuine and reflect the amazing care we provide to our patients. It’s disappointing to see that someone—likely a competitor—claims to have stored screenshots from over a year ago, only to share them now in an attempt to discredit us. This behaviour does not reflect that of a genuine patient, but rather someone seeking to harm our reputation. We remain committed to transparency and trust, and encourage anyone with questions to reach out to us directly

@murillbrogginyc I don’t feel that I am ‘incorrect’ about the receptionist - it was simply my impression. I am glad you had a positive experience though.

I am unsure what to think about this clinic. I can’t find their CQC report anywhere and their social media pages are very sparse. Hardly any followers or reviews on Facebook or Instagram. If someone can link me to their CQC report, I would appreciate it because at the moment I’m not convinced.

Can’t thank this clinic enough for helping my daughter with her split earlobe during half term last week.

She’d been through so much distress and teasing at school, which had really knocked her confidence. From the moment we contacted City Dermatology Clinic, we felt a sense of relief. Dr Jana Torres welcomed us with such warmth and understanding, making both of us feel completely at ease.

Dr Torres carefully explained the entire procedure, answering every question we had, and made my daughter feel like she truly mattered. The clinic’s environment was so peaceful, with her favourite music playing softly in the reception, which helped her relax instantly - a small detail, but it meant a lot.

This clinic is an absolute gem, and I’d recommend it to anyone in need of top-quality care and support.

@Bttray84 thanks for the really useful photograph and the completely independent review!

I recently saw Dr. Ophelia Veraitch for help with my acne. During the appointment, she carefully examined my skin, asked about my medical history and current skincare routine, and provided tailored advice based on my specific concerns. She explained the treatment plan in detail, including what results to expect and potential side effects, which made me feel well-informed and reassured.
