Zoe was amazing when it started, everything their marketing blurb said was true.
However, they’ve now changed what they offer, drastically.
The support from zoe is now largely only via forums.
Originally they promised 121 support with their nutritionists which worked very well, then recently they’ve degraded their support offering, to either their forums or their Bot..!
So the result is that I/we are not now getting what was promised when I/we signed up and paid a lot of money.
I would say to anyone thinking about joining zoe, don’t join for the whole year, they change the rules half way through so (like me) you may very well get ripped off if they change it again, so you’ve paid for something you no longer can receive.
In this situation an apology from Zoe does not quite hit the £600 spot!
