Feel like something stuck in my stomach

Since Easter Sunday, I've had a horrible feeling like something is stuck going into my stomach. Have had a very boozy Easter but am not normally prone to indigestion and Gaviscon isn't touching it! Could it be scratched or something? It's SUCH an unpleasant feeling!

Yes all moving like normal. Getting the occasional pang of pain too

Are you able to keep food and liquids down, as in it doesn't feel like it's getting stuck?

I had an esophageal spasm once and it was awful but It wasn't really a stomach issue.

Is it right or left sided in particular?

Could just be trapped wind or indigestion if you've ate and drank different things.

I'm able to eat proper meals but it exacerbated the feeling. If I lie in certain positions I feel painful pangs. It's so unpleasant 😭
