If I'm still suffering I'll phone the doctor first thing Tuesday morning but just wondering if anyone has had anything similar. I'm prone to throat infections but it's usually very obvious from a quick inspection of my throat.
For nearly a week now I've had a raging sore throat. Absolute agony to swallow and only just kept manageable on cocodomol which I shouldn't be taking for extended periods. I had a bad cold in the run up to getting this sore throat but now I don't have other symptoms except for feeling generally run down and knackered. The pain is the worst and yet my throat isn't swollen or red and no signs of infection.
Has anyone had similar? I'm so done in with it. Currently can't sleep for the pain even on cocodomol and ibuprofen.
