I'm afraid all I can recommend is buying and ultra gel filled bra and wearing it 24/7

ha ha ha ha welcome to the world of Mature Women. In the great war between boobs and gravity, the boobs will always lose. really galling if they are small too.

checked your bum recently?

your options

  1. get pregnant again
  2. get eating and plump up (no guarantee on the boob front though)
  3. get a boob job
  4. get used to them and try to forget what they were like previously (my personal favourite)
