I've had this sore throat, which developed into a persistent cough which that just doesn't seem to go away. It's been dry, tickly, and no wet. It's been lower chest/stomach, back if my throat and now middle of chest cough. It's been 6 weeks, I start to feel better and then it comes back and I begin to lose my voice again. Today my right arm has started hurting like repetitive strain type pain, hurts to move it and feels very week. When I cough it really hurts 😔 I feel like I'm falling apart..I seem to feel better after rest and then go back again.

Could be pleurisy, it's usually felt in the chest but can be in the shoulder. I had it after having a cough for ages and it was horrible.

Yeah it's radiating down my shoulder and arm.

Ah the joys of pleurisy. I had the same - pain killers and rest is the only thing for healthy adults. If you then get a cough producing phlegm and/or high temp, you’ll need a chest X-ray to check for PE or pneumonia. Mine improved for a day then cough came on really bad but a dry wheezy cough. Turns out the pleurisy virus triggered my asthma so now I’m on steroids as of today. It’s been 2 weeks of this and I’m so tired and fed up.

Just sounds like a pulled muscle from coughing too hard imo.
