How to keep stomach happy on holiday!

I have IBS. When I'm at home it's ok, odd little flare ups but not too bad. However whenever I go out for dinner, it tends to flare up that night. So when we're on holiday, the whole week seems to be rough. I think it's just different food, water, oils etc.
we go to turkey in may. Someone suggested start taking a probiotic now to help when we're away. Does anyone have any recommendations on what type to take? Have taken the odd actimel before but not really sure what's best.

Do you think it's anxiety rather than the food?

Maybe a little because of the IBS. It's a vicious circle sometimes 🤣. But I tend to get it at home too when we've been out. My stomach doesn't tend to like strong flavours (my mouth does though!!)

Have you tried biokult or similar? Probiotics always seem to settle my tummy when I travel.

No, I haven't tried anything yet, but feel I should for this holiday!
