Migraines + disturbed sleep with baby

Has anyone struggled with this?

I've suffered with migraines since my late teens with the main trigger being disturbed sleep (lack of sleep is less of an issue, it is frequently disturbed sleep that is really tricky). They hadn't been an issue in the few years before having a baby but obviously really re-surfaced once my baby was born. DH very kindly took over with the nights (baby is FF) which he didn't find an issue as our baby has always been a very good sleeper. However, her sleep has now really fallen apart (multiple periods of illness, teething, learning to crawl, moving to a big cot...) and I don't think I can leave him to manage it alone! There are also times that I have to sleep with her e.g. when staying with relatives, when DH is away (which he is more frequently now for work). This has been the case this weekend and I have spent today feeling very sick with a migraine and just lying on the sofa whilst DD amused herself on her playmat. Aspirin helps the pain pretty quickly but I take a lot longer to get over the sick / groggy / confused feeling. It has now become a bit of a cycle and I get very worried about sleeplessness and the subsequent effects (mainly because I feel so guilty to DH) and then struggle with insomnia and more headaches. Has anyone struggled with this after pregnancy and found anything that helps? Headaches, nausea/vomiting and tiredness are so linked for me that I genuinely don't know what is normal...

Yes, the broken sleep (much worse than no sleep at all) gave me migraines and migraines leave me foggy-headed. My child is grown up now but it was so bad it put me off having another baby. I don't have a solution - just wanted to let you know you aren't alone.
