Can’t understand what’s happening - perimenopause or changes to PMS?

Looking for a bit of advice as I’m so confused by everything I’ve seen online.

all of a sudden over the last week I’ve started with symptoms I’ve never really had before including massive nausea, sore nipples, reflux, constipation and unusual sensations in my lower abdomen - I get nauseous quite easily but it’s never been as constant as this, and I’m not doing anything that would usually give me reflux but that’s pretty constant too even when I haven’t eaten anything.

Everything I’ve read tells me that these are perimenopause symptoms but that seems to go along with irregular periods which I don’t have and I’m only 37. I guess I’m wondering if it is possible that this is perimenopause despite no irregular periods, or whether it is more likely that I’ve just started getting completely different PMS symptoms to my usual ones? I will obviously see my GP but don’t want to sound crazy if I’m barking up the wrong tree!

Thanks in advance for any thoughts!
