at 5am. I had to strip the bed. Then I had another 2 between then and 10am. I've had a headache all day, is it connected to the nosebleed? What causes them

could you of stuck your finger up your nose whilst asleep? (sorry ) maybe you had an itch?

did you have the heating on all night? read that humidity can cause them in winter. ds(6) gets quite a few atm.

I use to get nosebleeds and think its something to do with the nasal membranes, could be extra sensitive, excess sneezing/blowing? dry atmosphere in bedroom or being in a smoky room.

I had to have my nose cauterised to seal off the blood vessels.
Also told to smear vasaline inside nostrils as it can do something to the membranes - sorry feeding ds3 and typing so a bit fragmented post.

Was it just from one nostril or both? if it was just the one, then its almost certainly due to a direct trauma. Also agree with SE, heat can dry the nostrils and cause them to crack

Hmm, no trauma that I can think of. it was left nostril first, then the other 2 were right nostril. My head is pounding though, feels like the insides want out
