What is this little rash?

On my leg. Been there for approx four weeks. Slightly raised. Not itchy or oozing in any way. Skin is slightly rough as apposed to the surrounding skin. Is on my thigh between front and inner thigh.

Slightly dry skin? Have you tried moisturizing?

Not a lot to see to be honest.

I moisturised it today and it's redder than it was..

Could be fungal. Try an antifungal cream

Could be ringworm. But also check you haven’t been bitten by a tick and it’s not the bullseye rash.
