4 month old: wheezy breathing - should I call doctor?

Im in a complete confused and upset state of mind. My daughter (nearly 4 months old) has had a bad cough and runny nose for over a week. But now her breathing is quite wheezy, I know the sound well as Im asthmatic. Also, when she now coughs - its not productive, and sounds as though its hurting her.

She is sleeping peacefully right now, doesnt have a temperature, and is otherwise well. Should I call out of hours surgery?

Thankyou

If you think she is fine in herself then you could take her to the doctors in the morning. If the skin between her ribs goes in then take her to out of ours. If you are worried then id phone up now. You could always phone NHS direct 0845 4647 to see what they say
