Can anyone help.

This has suddenly appeared and I'm not sure if it's herpes or just a blocked skin thing.

Very painful. Tingling. But also its a sensitive part of the body.

I do cycle so this may be a linked too.

Visually it looks similar to my outbreaks but it could be the other things you mentioned as well. The tingling is a common symptom of herpes. But realistically you'll only know for certain if you have a current lesion swabbed and tested. Have you had this before? If not, any fever or feeling unwell?

Pleased to report that through the night it's gained a little white head and looks like every single other bloody pimple I've ever had in my life.
