Are these purple toes normal (pic warning)

Since having children I get chilblains every winter. But it's not been very cold for weeks and I barely spend any time outside anyway, always wear comfortable, supportive shoes. Is there something wrong with my circulation? It's mildly painful and itchy so not too big of an issue but still, why can't I have normal toes?

I’m the same chilblains can be hell. Try sudocream or camomile lotion but it’s messy.

My toes go very bluey, purple. I've seen a doctor who checked the pulse in my foot and said it's absolutely fine.
Just puts it down to poor circulation.

Chilblains can occur after covid, "covid toe". Have you recently had covid? Friend had exactly this in summer 2020 after covid.

This is me OP. In fact, mine are worse 😩 Cotton wool pads soaked in watch Hazel are the only thing that works!
