Popping feeling in stomach

What could this be?

It feels exactly like the popping/butterfly sensation you get when pregnant and first feel baby move.

Have had it for about 2 weeks and a bit baffled.

Gas ?

I get it all the time! Have no idea what it is ! X

I was thinking gas but then its strange if it I'd because wouldn't normally go on for weeks 🤔
