Take pictures of yourself in a bikini and pin them on the fridge/kitchen cabinets/pantry door?

I know what you mean - it took me ages to get into the "diet zone". Kept trying half heartedly but it never worked.

I used to think, right Monday is the day. But many Mondays would come and go and I would fail by tea time.

Got to the point where my work trousers would not fasten and I could not hide that fact anymore with a top.

Kicked myself up the arse and went back to weight watchers.

I am now back within goal weight!

Good Luck.

I'm in the same boat. Exercise isn't a issue as I go to the gym 5 days a week but I need to get on board with a diet so I can get the results I'm after. I going on holiday June 1st and I'm going to enjoy it damnit! So I need to lose this weight

We could start one together if you want, kinda give eachother that kick up the arse we need lol!

Bellavita~ Quick question, was actually looking at WW today, and just wondering is it as expensive as it looks to start or was I just getting confused with everything on the site lol

Agh, was hoping for the answer here
I am on day one of my first ever diet, and it is hard work
I am hoping that if you get a good result in week one, that motivates you, so am working on the policy of stick it for a week, & see....

Swt - It is expensive. I am a gold member so did not have to rejoin and pay a fee (you can usually find a free registration coupon in ww magazine or sometimes in one of the daily papers). Not sure how much you do have to pay for registration if no coupon. It would be cheaper to buy the magazine just for the coupon.

Weekly fee is £5.50. Last week was the first week I did not have to pay as I got back to within 51b of my goal weight.

Did you know that a kit kat chunky easter egg has the most points - about 29?

A buttons easter egg has 26!

find a picture of yourself looking slimmer / fitter etc, put it on the fridge for inspiration.

empty the fridge / cupboards of anything high fat / sugar/ salt, and buy lots of your favourite veg and fruit.

pick 2 days a week where you will go for a brisk 20 min walk, and stick to them.

voila!

Make a date to see a skinny friend who hasn't seen you since you were last the size you want to be. Make sure she is judgemental, critical and that you worry about what she thinks of you. Or an old boyfriend might work too.
