I've had lots of stress lately, mum's health, friends arguing then lost house I rent. The landlord lost it but didn't have right to let from bank in the first place
I met a great guy a few weeks ago been friends on msn for a while. Anyway we were driving back from his place today after going shopping and I started getting chest tighness again, breathing difficult etc... it comes out of the blue. He's suffered from it before so is really sympathetic but he got worried as I went so pale. He drove me to the docs and when I got out of the car I almost fainted. The doctor was great, calmed me down took bp etc...and is convinced it's stress as that was all normal.
Funny thing is I felt ok today as got a house that's gorgeous if not as convenient as this one.

It is a panic attack, and they cannot hurt you as long as you pull over if you feel one coming on.

You might faint - but if you do, everything will regulate while you are unconscious, and you will soon regain consciousness.

breathe into a paper bag, it really really does help/
