Hiya
Earlier today I ran a few yards (!) as my car parking was due to finish. I had to stop as my knee started clonking - by that I mean every time I move it feels like it's dropping back into place, but there's no pain, it just feels really weird.
What can I have done? For context it's a weak knee after doing something whilst moving house in the autumn but I've been doing yoga and Pilates and I thought it was getting back to strength!
