When was the last time you had your eyes tested??

Have realised this morning that mine was about 8 years ago no wonder my glasses dont help those horrid eye strain headaches anymore

two weeks ago- I am exceedingly regular in getting my eyes tested as I have awful sight. New area, new optician, new glasses ! And I feel much better for his correct analysis of my eye muscle problem

every two years (so, the last time was last summer, and my prescription had changed)

A week ago,
and 2 weeks before that
and about 3 weeks before that.
Eye issues.

Am a strong advocate of people going regularly (but not that regularly!) as all sorts of things can be picked up that are much simpler to treat if caught early. people go for smears, do breast checks etc but don't look after their eyes .

Every six months. Last went in December I think.

I have crappy eyesight, but agree that you should get them checked regularly even if you don't - they check much more than just eyesight.
