I've lived with a chronic health condition for a number of years and at a point where the professionals are advising I should be using some sort of walking aid. They recommended it last year but I'm still in denial.
I've been looking at Neowalk sticks, which look great but at nearly £100 I should probably trial something cheaper first. If a stick doesn't work out then I think it will be a crutch. My neurologist suggested a wheelchair but I really want to keep using my legs if possible as I already have muscle wastage from inactivity. I'm 31 and prone to more falls than my 93 year old gran.
Any ideas?
