For the last few days my DS (6 months) has had a red, swollen nipple that feels slightly rough to the touch. The other one is totally normal. I guess it might just be a patch of eczema that happens to be on the nipple, but he's not particularly prone to eczema (one tiny patch on his cheek, another on the back of his knee), so it seems like a bit of a coincidence that there should be a patch exactly in that spot. Does anyone have any idea what else this might be??
