x 35 x 29 mm, slightly hypoechoic and hypoechoic halo, with heterogeneity inside, to be correlated
with cytological study.
The mobility of the gland is preserved with swallowing.
No laterocervical lymphadenopathy

It's not hugely meaningful without a symptom history to go with it

They want to confirm any findings under a microscope before they will commit to what it means
