No idea. Posting to fill in time before oven timer pings. Nail injuries take a.long time to grow out. Hair and nails are both keratin, and 'dead'. How long ago was the hair that is submitted for testing formed? It might work like tree rings: but you have to cut the tree down to get at the information. So : still no idea. Yes, there was something on TV this morning debunking it. Think it was BBC1, wasn't really paying much attention tbh.

underneaththeash · 15/02/2024 19:46

Surely, they could only see deficiencies at the time the hair started to grow?

Gagagardener · 15/02/2024 22:44
