Mole/skin tag getting bigger and catching on clothes

I have an LPA for health for my disabled adult daughter. She has a thing on her waist which is either a mole or skin tag (are moles always flat?) that seems to be changing shape and definitely becoming more prominent.

I managed to get a photo with the aim of sending it in to her GP as it is now catching on her clothes and bleeding quite often. However, GP receptionist states they are doing econsults now as they have a GP on long term sick. She continues that as it isn't an emergency then my only option is to phone in the end of next week when they release more prebookable appointments.

I'm worrying that if it is something to worry about then a week wait to even book an appointment, which may then be another week, is too long? But, I guess it's not really an emergency. Or is it?!

Can't you do an econsult?
