Feeling dizzy/can't think straight, low blood pressure or prediabetes?

Hi all, planning on going to the doctor's soon about this but wondering if anyone has gone through anything similar
I've always had pretty low blood pressure, 100/60 or lower usually and easily go faint, and start feeling very shaky if I've not eaten anything in a while

I'm wondering if my dizziness/sick feeling/fuzzy head/headaches is related to either low blood pressure or (hopefully not) pee diabetes

For context I do a lot of running (I'm marathon training) and I would say I'm pretty healthy, I'm either eating around the same number of calories I burn a day or in a calorie deficit but despite this, I'm not losing any weight so can't be eating way too little... I'm just confused! Any opinions? Sorry if this is unclear, as I said very fuzzy headed

Could be Autonomic dysfunction/POTS?

I feel like that (headache, shaky, fuzzy headed) when my blood pressure is high.

Also, I felt like that a lot when my oestrogen levels were very low (HRT to the rescue).

More likely iron deficiency or low ferratin. I had these symptoms when my ferratin was 7

@Crumbsinthecarpet I know this post is old but did you ever get to the bottom of this? I am experiencing similar issues with low bp
