Nothing shown on endoscopy but still have symptoms

So I’ve just been for an endoscopy and no findings although they’ve taken a few biopsies to test. Looking at a gastritis page on Facebook my symptoms are very similar to a lot of people on there - pain under left ribs, stitch like pain in left side, left shoulder blade pain, belching more than usual and symptoms generally improving after I eat. I tend to go a day or 2 feeling almost normal than I have pain again. Have had this now for around 7 weeks and was put on omeprazol. Doc has told me to come off them and see if it makes a difference. Or could it be that I've had inflammation and it's now gone? Also had a scan done yesterday and everything else was ok too.
Anyone else had anything like this with nothing picked up at endoscopy?
I definitely have not been imagining it!

Yes. I had two as my first couldn’t be completed further than top of stomach. My gastro said I had slow digestion as even when I fasted for 12 hours there was some sludge left.
I was positive for h pylori but biopsies were normal even though I had mild duodenal inflammation. He wasn’t concerned but I took the triple therapy for the h pylori.
No issues with oesophagus or stomach even though I’ve had reflux for 18 months now. Also had abdominal ultrasound and small bowel mri and colonoscopy! They suspected ibd at first but nothing showed up.
Do you get reflux symptoms like heartburn or sore throat/bad taste in mouth?

I haven't had that much reflex to be honest but can occasionally and it's all started around the same time as other symptoms. Will await biopsy results then take it from there I guess
I guess h pylori result may have been skewed too as I was still taking ppis

I mean I'm happy that nothing bad was found / suspected (also had abdominal scans too and they checked kidneys etc) but would have liked something minor so I know how to treat it
Potentially something I just have to put up with I guess.
