HELP dd-scarlet fever straight into chicken pox, anyone else?

dd had awful attack of scarlet fever and first day back from that and i saw a pock! now really bad case of chicken pox. dr given zovirax suspension but as her right knee is now painful and becomimg swollen i am loosing the cool she'll be fine confident mum thing!! has this happened to anyone else?

Hi, my daughter didnt have scarlet fever but she was very ill for about 2 weeks before she got chickenpox/. She had a throat infection and the flu (ppor sole slept for 24 hours straight), then she got an ear infection then she finally got the chicken pox. Had very little spots though. DD2 on the other hand got the chicken pox a week later and was neither up or down. She was absolutely covered in spots. Hope she gets better soon. Pititon and salt baths did it for mine.

Poor kid!! I'm sure she will be fine but what a stress for you. I think it might be good to see a doctor tomorrow with her knee.
