Endometriosis with pulmonary embolism

So basically I'm just looking for other women experiencing the same as me, I have multiple blood clots in my lungs which I am on blood thinners for life, I also have stage 2 endometriosis which causes me so much pain. The problem I'm having at the moment are my periods which can become quite heavy but they last anywhere from a week to 4 months being the longest, Is there anyone else going through the same as me? If there is do you have any advice as my doctors are uselss
