Anyone understand how applications for a GHIC card for travel work?

Two of my DC’s have EHIC cards that have expired. Mine and my DH’s, and the other DC’s are still well in date.
I can’t apply for cards for the DC alone as they are under 18.
I just tried to apply for myself with them, but have received this automated email to say that I already have a card. How do I get the DCs new cards? Of course there is no contact number or email to ask. Hmm
Help!!

Wow thank you - there was nothing on the email apart from a FAQ page, nor on the confirmation page. Obviously they don’t want too many phone calls!
I will try them tomorrow - thank you 🙏🏼

I had to dig around for it as its well hidden. I had found it a few weeks ago but still took time to find it again tonight

I did this for my DD last year online by filling their online form via the link.

I was in the same position with my DS last year and I emailed them and writhing 48 hours I received a response asking for a few details and then they sent the card.

I had the same issue. Just email them, they are incredibly helpful.
