Petachaie / blood spots around eyes.. advice

I'm 24 weeks pregnant and today I've been quite forcefully sick straight after dinner ( TMI but food for a little stuck so it was quite a forceful one) and I've noticed I've got little pin prick dots around my eyes now...

I'm instantly thinking the worst. Will speak to out of hours in the morning.

Do you think it's worth going to hospital? Or could it likely be from forceful vomiting...

I feel well in myself and I had a normal full blood count 10 days ago...

I had this from constant forceful vomiting in my first pregnancy. They went away, all was fine.

I used to get these many years ago when I suffered with bulimia and threw up daily. Completely normal and nothing to worry about, they will disappear.

Totally normal. DS2 did this when he had a stomach bug. Used to go down the tops of his arms, too. Got us a couple of hospital visits.

I used to get this after overindulging with alcohol in my mis- spent youth! It's absolutely fine and will fade.

Definitely from vomiting.
