Just wondering if there's anyone else on here with this condition and if you have any tips and tricks to help make life a bit more comfortable.

TIA

Hi! I do, was diagnosed about 9ish years ago after years of crippling headaches.

Honestly I found that loosing weight initially helped but I was also given beta blockers injected into the back of my head which allowed me to make some more lifestyle changes without much pain. I didn't personally get on with any other medication they tried prior to the injections.

Nearly 10 years later I still have some issues and my eyes need regular checks to make sure my optic nerve is okay but from what it was like to now is night and day. I know it's frustrating when they can't give you a reason why but the advise about a healthier lifestyle did help me to a degree.

I'd be interested to hear if anyone else has some other tips that helped though!

Sorry, no hints and tips here OP. Currently suffering from the worst pressure headache - sadly no-one really "gets it", it's "just a headache" but as sufferers we know it really isn't....

I’ve had it around 17 years now, after years of headaches and the i went for an eye test.

losing weight has helped and I no longer have sleep apnea, high blood pressure and my pressure reduced.
i do have a shunt but my vision is no longer at risk.

the only medication I take is paracetamol but not often as too much medication can cause rebound headaches.

sleep helps but wedged up so the pressure doesn’t build too much, keep hydrated, and reduce stress as this can increase intercranial pressure.
