I had a ten hour open and surgery in October to remove a large cyst from my liver. It was brutal and I knew recovery wouldn’t be quick. We are over three months on and I still feel pain several times a week. I can’t do any sort of cardio as I will be laid up for a day.
want sort of timeframes am I looking at here? I am gaining so much weight where I cannot exercise like I used to. Even walking is difficult.
