Could the pill be making me feel so bad??

I've just started my 2nd packet of Celest and for the last week I've felt truly awful, weak, tired and really really queasy.
I've not taken the pill for about 3 years until now and back then I didn't really like it, mainly as I struggle to remember to take it but I also had irregular bleeding and bad moodswings.
I did think I was just run down but dh reminded me of me having a time like this before, that at the time we attributed to the pill and I stopped taking it, hence ds!!

Anyone else ever been in a similar situation? Could it be the pill or am I likely to have a bug, or just be run down?

All help and advice would be very welcome!

I've had almost exactly the same. My story...

I took the pill for 14yrs with no real problems. Stopped taking it to have dd then ds. Tried to go back onto it, but for some reason I started feeling awful - just the same as early pregnancy symptoms. My friend also had this problem when she tried again after having children. I tried a few different brands but they all had the same effect. I've now had the mirena coil fitted as that has the same hormone as the mini pill (rather than combined pill), but is a bit more reliable than just taking the pill itself. So far so good on the symptoms front, just having a little trouble with spotting, although I've only had it in for two weeks.

I would say it's your pill that's making you feel bad, I felt so much better within a couple of days of not taking it.
