What could this black mark be on my nail?

I just noticed it this morning. What could it be? Has anyone had anything similar?

I can barely see it. It will just grow out, it doesn't have to be anything specifically.

Looks like a splinter haemorrhage. I have lots of these as I have nail psoriasis (I don't mean you have nail psoriasis by the way)
