Hi, I am exactly the same. I have found that Agnus Castus premenstrual formular works really well. I couldn't be without it, I lose my temper so badly without it.
You can get it from health food shops and is about £5 for a months worth, takes a couple of months to start working.
I hope that helps, good luck!

I did find Magnesium supplements helped me enormously - to the extent that I was surprised when my period arrived whereas before everyone in the family was well aware it was on its way .

There are other supplements too - Evening Primrose and Starflower (I think) - worth giving them a go.

Hi
I had HORRENDOUS PMT for 2 weeks before my period (for a long time). I tried all sorts of things. I suggest you try everything you can because some things work for some but not others. I found out by accident that drinking too much tea was bad for me. Once I cut out tea the sympotms practically vanished. The caffiene (or might be tannin can't remember) blocks the body from absorbing b vits and magnesium, which can make PMT worse (i.e lack of these nutrients can cause PMT). I would seriously look at your diet and try a few things and read up all you can about it. I suffered for too long (as did the people around me). Some people take it as a bit of a joke but I know how debilitating it is and how it can affect your loved ones.

I really hope you find your own cure (wish I had the web when I was suffering!)
