Has anyone gone on depo for low mood after ovulation?

For the last day 6 months I have found that the few days after I ovulate I am so angry, low and irritable.

When I was younger I would get PMT and bad period pain I don't have either of that anymore.

My periods and cycle are otherwise normal: usual 28 to 29 cycle and period lasting around 5 days. No pain. I'm 37 years old.

So I'm wondering weather to go back on depo injection as when I was on it ages ago it stopped my PMT and after a while stopped my periods. My hope would be that it stops this hormonal dip that I get after ovulation.

Has anyone done this? Does that sound sensible? Anything else I should consider?

I've never been on the pill, maybe that would be better...?

When I've been on depo for more than a year it reduces my libido but that wouldn't bother me at the moment.

Anyone?
