Tingling leg and cold spot under big toe plus bladder annoyances

Will make a GP appt but wondered if anyone else has experienced this?
Big toe felt "cold" and numb, and have tingling (constant) in right foot and leg, now moving up my right side and arm/fingers. Also (don't know if relevant) semi lost control of my bladder when standing up this morning. Generally have problems emptying my bladder. Have had blurred vision and headaches-saw optician last week who said everything seemed fine but advised to mention the blurred vision and headaches to the GP.

I would call 111. Loss of sensation in lower limbs and bladder issues can indicate cauda equina which is a medical emergency.

It could well be something else (cauda equina is rare) but as someone who had it a few years ago I would err on the side of caution.

Definitely 111.

Absolutely get this checked immediately, today not tomorrow. Chances are high that it's not serious but cauda equina is not to be messed with and needs ruling out quickly.

I don't mean to panic you because it could be something simple causing the issues however, this is exactly the symptoms I was experiencing before I was diagnosed with MS.

The optician (specsavers) missed my swollen optic nerves (optic neuritis) and it took me going blind a few weeks after, before I was sent to the eye hospital. They then referred me down the correct pathway for diagnosis and treatment.

Thank you everyone, I will see the GP tomorrow and ask if it could be cauda equina or ms
