Best way to drain sinuses

My sinuses are really bad - does steaming help ? If so for how long and what is the best method. Am miserable in agony and can feel all the gunk sitting in my sinuses. YUK !

snort hot salty water helps. sound gross but does seem to work.

did that once - remember it was gross, but yes, quite productive ! Thanks for reminding me !
