Ok, so I do have some health anxiety but this time I do think something is wrong as it is interfering with my life and I am not just imagining it.

I have always been in very good health, not overweight, don’t smoke, etc.

Currently going through menopause and have had some hot flushes but not too bad.

What I am worried about is that over the last few months I have started to get really tired if, for example, I am doing some housework, etc. In particular, if I have been on my feet for an extended period of time - cleaning, cooking - I get this really achy, tired feeling in my feet and legs - like I really need to sit down straight away to rest - and then if I do sit down, that feeling does not go away immediately. This crushing fatigue, particularly in my legs. I feel like a 90 year old!!

I have an appointment with my GP coming up but just wanted to see if anyone has experienced similar.

Get a blood test could be due to some vitamin deficiency. Try taking vit D also magnesium supplements... keep hydrated

Get vit B complex for energy.
Get vit D3 with K2.
Get magnesium glycinate.
Get a good quality omega 3 for the aches.

How are your periods? You could probably do with getting your iron and B12 tested.

Test your blood pressure and heart rate whilst standing and laying down. Research POTS to rule that out.

Thanks everyone! I saw my GP today and I am having some blood tests for anemia etc.

@Yocal that is an interesting thought… I think I had that tested a few months ago when I went to A&E after a weird dizzy spell but will investigate further.
