Boots often do Solgar on buy one get one free though their range can be quite limited. Boots own brand are also often on offer though not sure of quality compared to other brands.

The poundshop sells certain vitamins, or if that's a step too far for you Superdrug have a good range at a reasonable price!

You don't have to guess at the strength of the vitamins you're buying - the vitamins contained in each tablet will be listed on the back of the packaging, along with how much of the vitamin is present in each tablet, alongside the government recommended amount per day. So you can work out for yourself if the dosage is what you want or need.

@Resembleflower Tesco's have them on 3 for 2 all the time

My German relative was advised by her doctor to buy hers in Aldi rather than a pharmacy, such was the quality is what he indicated (though the range is limited).

Realised I have been overspending by purchasing each vitamin separately - so just ordered the Healthspan Multivitamin offering in a single tablet - which was on offer at a good price.

Have gone off Healthspan otherwise, I resent their pricing these days, resent cheaper offerings for new customers, but not rewarding the loyal customers.

The important ones for my health (B12) I stick with Solgar brand.

Still looking for a reasonably priced but quality Co Enzyme Q10 supplement (essential to take if on statins apparently)

Sealions.com was recommended on here. I buy a years supply for about £10 and also means I don't need to pay postage.
Also tesco and boots on 3 for2s.

From the food you eat, and specifically beef, and more specifically beef liver.
Where I live beef liver is one of the cheapest meats that it is possible to buy, even organic and higher welfare the price per KG is very low.
And an excellent source of several bioavailble vitamins and minerals.

Is LIVER a SUPERFOOD?? (2024 Revision)

Liver is a super-food. Liver has been forgotten by many and discounted by more. And, it is one of the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet, full of vitami...

I get some on Amazon- magnesium, fibre, milk thistle. They come in large boxes and last months. I get the rest from Lidl- vitamin c, d, b, cod liver and evening primrose.
