Tonight I was just sitting on my bed then all of a sudden something came up my throat and it burned and I swallowed it . Now I know it’s reflux but what can cause it ?? I’ve never had it apart from when I was pregnant (I’ve tested , my period is late but negative tests , apart from one faint positive but just have been an evap as all other tests look neg!) I’ve been having weird phantom like kicks but in my upper abdomen too, sometimes a bit of pain upper belly too ! I obviously plan on speaking to gp but worried they’ll just tell me it’s normal
