Found a worm on consevatory floor-could it be from my dog ? tmi alert

Ok this doesnt look like the normal garden worm.Kind of reddy brown and really small and thin.Ive never seen anything like it and it was right by the dogs bed.
No we haven`t wormed her for years and o know we should have.

Have seen those in wet places in the garden. Maybe it came in on your dog's fur?
