Were you able to conceive with low TSH / a goitre?

As in the title really. I have a multi modular goitre and my TSH hovers around 0.2. I’ve seen an endocrinologist and there’s nothing clinically diagnosable as such (such as hyper- or hypothyroidism).

However apparently it will make it harder to conceive so I am looking for some success stories. Thank you!
