Angiofibroma of upper arm

DD1 (4) is suspected to have angiofibroma of upper arm. Have tried to google it and can only find info on nasopharyngeal angiofibroma - just wondered if anyone knows anything about it or of any good info sources?

Having MRI and USS next week to decide best way forward and what type of biopsy - but feeling very anxious.

Dh and I both medical people but unfortunately only deal with cardiac - the worst thing is to have a little knowledge about something else and imagine the worst case scenario. Finding it difficult to be realistic at the mo - reality checks welcome!
