Cold, chest infection and now pins and needles

I’ve had a cold which I think is a now a chest infection, as have crackles and constant chesty cough. Had it over a week now. I had a couple of days on Monday/Tuesday of fever and now I’m just tired and out of breath if I do anything more then just sit around. Although I did walk to and from work on Friday and feel I went backwards.
Last night I had a strange burning sensation in the back of my head, and today I’ve had pins and needles in my arms and legs and just feel a weird tingly/weak sensation in my body.
I know Covid can cause pins and needles, but tests have been negative.
anyone else had a virus like this?

How many tests? Ours were negative for around 4 days, then we all started to turn positive day after day after day!
If you have crackles You should probably get your chest listened to tbh. Are you managing to eat anything?

I tested yesterday, and this morning. But symptoms started over a week ago.

I can eat but it has just been going straight though me!

feel like I’ve just been for a run all the time.

im most worried about the weird pins and needles, and numbness. never had this kind of thing before.
