I seem to be coming down with a cold or virus

I seem to be coming down with something.

It's extremely mild so far.

There's a drip at the back of the nose. A phelgm feeling at the back of the throat.

I have a huge headache or migraine. I don't know of it's part of what I am coming down with or something else like migraine. I was extremely stressed over the past few days. My mother is aging and sometimes she's not behaving well and I was busy in work.

There seems to be something moving into my chest.

This is so odd. Usually when I get a chest infection I can have a cold for weeks and it just moved into my chest. I only really have a day of phelgm symptoms. It's not even heavy phelgm.

I am not going on public transport or to parties because I was so busy in work. I wasn't really around anyone who was sick. Except for one person/child in work. She was vomited three times and she was very tired but that was it.

I do t have nausea or sick or dirrohea.

Is there some sort of a virus going around causing headache?

I'm just getting over a terrible cold mixed with bad chest infection which has continued for almost four weeks. It started with several days of headache. I hope you don't get it!

Get someone to get first defence and echinacea drops for you they work wonders!

I have first defence in my work bag. Thank you for reminding me x

Is there a version of first defense for children? DS has been ill for ages with some sort of
virus or other and has last night started to feel unwell again
