Keeping track of medication and its effects

I'm not very good at remembering to take meds and I keep track on my online diary - I'm also tracking my energy levels and mood

But it isn't very readable and usable to extract data; I could do a spreadsheet but that isnt very quick each day to add bits in

Has anyone some across an app I can input data into

Hiya. I can only remember to take mine if I make a medication box up for a week at a time. Then I remember to take (mostly!) each dose at each meal time.

I log my meds in the (free) Health app on my iPhone. It also reminds me when to take them.

I dont have an iPhone not sure I've seen an app on android

I do the boxes for the pills but then it's the patches, gel, and pessaries🙄

& then I want to track if missing one or other causes symptoms?

Moodfit or EMoods might work, you could jiggle them about to fit your meds. Can download free on android

I think I wanted something a bit more encompassing, level and types of pain, physical limits/abilities as well as brain fog and mood

They seem to be mood/emotion/anxiety based but I've passed it on to someone who looks quite keen on using it - thanks
